On-Demand Remote Support within Autotask
Remote into your end users’ computers right from within Autotask PSA. Your end users’ computers do not need any software to be pre-installed. The users simply download and run a small app and give you a 9-digit session code. These steps are all facilitated by Autotask PSA.
When the session is complete, a record of the remote session is automatically logged back into the PSA ticket.
