We are excited to introduce the new Splashtop Remote Support (SRS) Basic and Plus packs for MSPs. The new packages are created based on feedback from many MSPs in the past year:
- 50%+ cheaper than LogMeIn Central Basic and Plus — Many MSPs have been coming to Splashtop since LogMeIn abruptly cancelled its free product and also continually raised prices during the past two plus years. We have created a pricing structure where SRS Basic and Plus are feature equivalent to LogMeIn Central Basic and Plus, yet Splashtop pricing is significantly lower (at least 50%+ less), delivering the best values to our users.
- Buy a single package for both attended and unattended support — Many MSPs have asked us to offer a combined package of Splashtop Remote Support (for unattended support) and Splashtop On-Demand Support (SOS) for attended support, without the need to purchase them separately. In the new SRS Plus pack, a one-concurrent-user license for SOS Lite (for attended support of Windows and Mac computers) is included. You can purchase additional SOS licenses if you would like to add more concurrent users, remotely access Android devices, or remotely view iOS device screens.
- Existing Splashtop users can continue to renew and add seats/computers at the same original subscribed pricing model. As always, Splashtop grandfathers its existing users who continue to enjoy the same pricing that they have subscribed to, while continuing to enjoy product enhancements.
- Priority support added for Plus pack
